UCRYO Service Terms & Conditions

Acknowledgements of Agreement

By using UCRYO fitness, wellness, recovery, or beauty services, and signing the New Client Registration Form during your first visit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health Disclosure: You confirm that you have disclosed your current health condition, as well as past health events (e.g., major surgeries, organ transplants, artificial joints, metal implants, heart attacks, strokes, seizures, sudden loss of consciousness, or cancer treatments). No important medical information has been omitted, and you understand that failure to disclose may increase the risk of complications or reduce treatment effectiveness.
2. Service Eligibility: You understand that UCRYO services, while potentially beneficial, are designed to enhance fitness, wellness, and appearance in generally healthy individuals. You should ONLY use treatments if you either do not have the related risks or have discussed these risks with your doctor and obtained explicit consent.
3. Health Updates: You agree to inform UCRYO about any new diagnoses, medical treatments, or medications, as these may affect the safety or effectiveness of the services you receive. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive, you must inform UCRYO personnel, as some treatments may be contraindicated.
4. Postponing Appointments if Unwell: You agree to postpone appointments if you experience symptoms such as fever, congestion, cough, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, or an acute infection. UCRYO’s cancellation requirements and package expiration dates still apply.
5. Temporary Suspension of Treatments: You agree to consult UCRYO and follow its advice regarding temporary suspension of treatments in cases of bleeding (including menstruation), burns, cuts, sprains, dislocated joints, surgical procedures, allergy flare-ups, or after undergoing skin-sensitizing procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, hair removal, Botox, or fillers.
6. Compliance with Instructions: You agree to promptly follow all safety and behavior-related instructions provided by UCRYO staff.
7. Adverse Reactions and Discomfort: You accept responsibility to immediately inform UCRYO staff if you experience discomfort or adverse effects from any treatment, which may indicate the need to discontinue the service.
8. Voluntary Assumption of Responsibility: You confirm that UCRYO has explained the nature of its services, including potential adverse reactions, side effects, or complications that may arise from your failure to disclose risks or follow instructions. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for engaging in these services and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD UCRYO HARMLESS from any health consequences or related costs. No warranty or guarantee has been made regarding specific results, as outcomes depend on various factors including treatments, diet, lifestyle, and individual health.

Service Policies

UCRYO requires adherence to all policies posted on its website and throughout its wellness centers. These policies cover access to and use of facilities, service availability, packages, memberships, pricing, payment terms, cancellations, refunds, and other aspects of the relationship between UCRYO and its clients.

By signing the New Client Registration Form, you confirm understanding and acceptance of the following:

Qualification Criteria
9. UCRYO services, while beneficial, are designed for generally healthy individuals. Submission of a health-related questionnaire is mandatory as part of the new client intake process.

10. You are responsible for answering all questions truthfully and disclosing any new medical conditions, treatments, or pregnancy-related information. Failure to disclose such information may increase the risk of complications.
11. Clients must be at least 16 years old to use UCRYO services. Minors under 18 must attend their first appointment with a parent or legal guardian, who must sign the New Client Registration Form.
12. Minors under 18 cannot book services online, but may receive services in person with a guardian present.
13. UCRYO reserves the right to refuse services without refund if medical clearance is not provided or if the client is unwell.
14. No services will be provided to individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Service Availability

15. UCRYO reserves the right to modify or change the services, packages, or membership plans at any time. Services may be discontinued or new options added as needed.
16. All treatments are subject to availability. UCRYO does not guarantee uninterrupted services and will not be liable if a service becomes unavailable for any reason.
17. UCRYO respects client preferences but cannot guarantee access to the same therapist or trainer during each visit.
18. UCRYO reserves the right to close its facilities for maintenance, repairs, special events, holidays, or external factors such as government ordinances, emergencies, or weather conditions, without advance notice.

Packages and Memberships

19. All packages and memberships are subject to approval by UCRYO management.
20. Packages are one-time purchases granting access to a specific list and number of services within a designated timeframe.
21. Unless otherwise specified, package activation begins on the purchase date. Clients may request delayed activation, but such requests must be made at the time of purchase and cannot exceed 30 days.
22. Clients are responsible for monitoring the expiration dates of packages. Any unused services will be automatically canceled upon expiration. Extensions may be available for a fee.
23. Packages can be upgraded to larger packages or memberships before expiration by paying the price difference.
24. Packages are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-shareable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
25. Memberships are ongoing from the date of joining and continue until canceled. Membership activation may be postponed by up to 30 days if requested at the time of purchase.
26. UCRYO memberships may require a minimum 3-month commitment unless the membership is month-to-month. After the initial period, memberships continue month-to-month until canceled or downgraded.
27. Memberships provide predefined services, sessions, or treatment points, and additional services may be purchased at discounted member rates.
28. Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable. Member-only prices apply only to the member and not to guests.
29. Membership sessions or treatment points must be used within each billing cycle. Unused portions do not roll over.

Membership Freezing Policy

Freezing is allowed for specific memberships and packages. Requests must be for a minimum of 7 days and submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance. Freeze requests are subject to UCRYO management approval.

When a membership is frozen, access to UCRYO services is paused, and the next billing date is adjusted accordingly. Freezes are available for 3, 6, and 12-month memberships, with a specified number of free freeze weeks available.

Payment Methods and Terms

34. All fees for packages and memberships must be paid upfront unless part of an approved subscription or installment plan.
35. Cash and contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay or Google Pay) are accepted for single purchases. Memberships and installment plans require a credit card or payment link.
36. Some memberships may have a one-time non-refundable joining fee to cover administrative costs.
37. Recurring billing applies to memberships, with automatic charges on the set billing date.
38. Minimum monthly payments must be made, regardless of attendance or services used.
39. Clients are responsible for updating payment methods. Missed payments will incur an AED 200 fee, and failure to resolve the issue within 30 days may result in membership suspension or termination.
40. UCRYO reserves the right to pass unpaid balances older than 30 days to a collection agency, with additional fees applied.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

41. All purchases are final, and No refunds will be issued for services, packages, or memberships for any reason.

Appointments

43. Appointments are required for all services. UCRYO cannot guarantee immediate access without a booking.
44. All bookings, except for initial consultations, must be prepaid.
45. Appointments must be canceled at least 8 hours in advance. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in full payment or session deduction from a package.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

46. UCRYO may sell gift cards or issue promotional vouchers for services.
47. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional vouchers may be limited to specific services and are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated.
48. Gift cards or vouchers must be presented at UCRYO to redeem services. UCRYO is not responsible for retrieving card or voucher numbers if not presented.

Changes in Pricing

49. UCRYO reserves the right to adjust prices for services, packages, and memberships at any time, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.

Privacy, Personal Data, and Security

50. UCRYO collects personal information voluntarily provided by clients (e.g., inquiry forms, registration) and ensures the security of online transactions.
51. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts, including user identification and passwords.

Facility Rules

53. The wellness center is not suitable for young children, and the minimum allowable age is 10. Children must remain under adult supervision.
54. Pets are not permitted on UCRYO premises.
55. UCRYO is not responsible for the loss or theft of clients’ valuables.
56. No UCRYO property may be removed from the premises.
57. Photography or copying of UCRYO’s interior design, promotional materials, taglines, or concepts is prohibited, and legal action may be taken against violations.

Legal Agreement

58. By agreeing to these terms, clients waive the right to make any claims against UCRYO, its owners, management, or employees. Clients agree to indemnify and hold UCRYO harmless from any losses or liabilities arising from the use of UCRYO services.
59. UCRYO operates under UAE law.
60. UCRYO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with the latest version published on the website taking precedence.
