To prepare for a Cryo T-Shock session, drink lots of water before the session to hydrate your body and help flush out the fat afterwards.. Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages for 24 hours, and eat something light two hours before your treatment. Wear comfy clothes that can be pulled up or down easily to give our therapist quick access to the target areas.
After the session, drink plenty of water for the next two days to help the body flush out the toxins and waste products. Avoid hot showers, baths, saunas, and sun exposure for at least 24 hours. Moisturize and massage the treated area gently daily.
We recommend that you get Cryo T-Shock treatment once a week to reduce cellulite and every two weeks to get rid of unwanted fat.
