Assisted stretching is a deep and extensive upper, lower, or full body stretch guided by a professional. The 1 on 1 session allows to identify tightness and imbalances in the body and to customize the stretch routine to the client’s condition and goal. It can help improve the range of motion and flexibility, loose tight muscles, ease stiff joints, and assist with recovery.
Stretching of all major muscle groups takes 50 minutes.
A session can be limited to 25 minutes and focus only on the areas of concern.
